Exchanges In Store:
You can bring your items within 45 days of purchasing online to any of our retail locations for an exchange. Please have a copy of your online order on your phone or printed for our team to process your exchange and issue you a credit to shop in our store.
Returns + Exchanges by Mail:
Not happy with the scent you chose or ordered the wrong product? Contact our customer service via TEXT at 912-494-6059. Our text line is live Monday- Friday from 9-4pm, after those hours you can send us a message with all your name, order number and what you would like to return or exchange and we will contact you the next business day.

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable. We recommend you ship via a method that can be tracked. Keep the tracking information until your return has been processed.

Inside the box include a note with what item you wish to exchange along with your name, email address and phone number. If any payment is due for the exchange we will send an invoice to your email. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your exchange.
If your order is returned to us due to an address error:

We will contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.

You may choose to have the order reshipped at your expense.

If we do not receive a response within 14 days of first contact, we will issue a refund for the product(s) only, minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees charged to us by the carrier.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped. Return shipping fees vary by carrier and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
