Where are my Loyalty Points?

Unfortunately, nourish loyalty points can only be earned or redeemed at one of our 7 retail store locations.Nourish Loyalty Points cannotbe earned or redeemed online. 
If you are not local to a store and wish to check your loyalty point balance, redeem points, or earn points on your purchase you need to call a retail location. Retail stores will process a phone order which can be shipped to you. All retail store orders will be manual orders and will not reflect on your online account at  nourishsavannah.com. We appreciate your support of our small business!

How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate? 

To purchase a gift certificate for someone, click here. If you are the recipient of a gift certificate and would like to redeem your gift certificate, please input the code at checkout.

How do I find my product? 

To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top and bottom of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. How do I navigate the site? 

To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top and bottom of our website. Click your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. How do I use a coupon?

 After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. Along the right side of the shopping cart you'll see a order summary and a box where you may enter your coupon code.

Has my order shipped?

Hoover over the round-green account icon at the top right hand side of our site. A popup menu will appear, click the “Account” option. The account page will appear with a tabbed table along the top, “Orders” is the first tab on the left side. Order status is to the right of the order number

How do I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled until they have been packaged and shipped. To cancel an order please contact us directly.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number and details. The email will include a link to monitor the shipping progress.

My order never arrived.

The account page will appear with a tabbed table along the top, “Orders” is the first tab on the left side.Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship within the 50 US states and the US territories. If you are looking to ship outside of this area, unfortunately we cannot ship to you at this time.

What are my payment choices? 

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? 

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

Do I have to pay sales tax? 

Customers with billing addresses in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina will pay taxes based on the location of the Nourish store in that state. Customers outside of these states are not required to pay sales taxes.

When will my credit appear on my account? 

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
