Can't live without
This shampoo bar is a must! Because I have thick, dry, and wirey curly hair, I used to rinse but not shampoo my hair but twice a week until I started swimming regularly and needed to shampoo the chlorine out immediately. I was worried at first about using shampoo so frequently, but this is by far the best shampoo I've ever used. It is now my ride or die. It also lasts a good while, and is a superior alternative if you are looking to reduce your plastic waste (keep in mine you can also take it on carry-on without it counting as a liquid!!!). I'm moving to the UK soon and frankly don't know what I'm going to do without this. I definitely stocked up!

Love this product
I started using this about two years ago as part of my efforts to cut down on buying anything in single use plastic. I tried another shampoo bar from a California brand first and hated it - it seemed like a mass of oil and left my hair a greasy mess, even after over five weeks of using it and allowing my hair to "adjust" to a natural product. Next I tried this bar from Nourish and now I'll never go back to using any other shampoo. I get compliments on my hair all the time, it's never looked this healthy before. I have naturally oily scalp/hair and this bar is perfect for me. It lathers up right away after one halo-type swipe around my head. A bar will last me about two months, and I have pretty long hair (mid-back length). It has a mild scent, not overpowering. Love it.

This bar is excellent for all hair types. Carrot will help promote healthy, thick hair, improve shine, and make the hair strands softer. Carrots contain minerals and vitamins A and E, which assist in improving the circulation in the scalp. Each bar lasts 50-75 washes.
