It Works!
Every time I have used this patch, it has worked wonderfully at easing off a headache. I recommended it to a friend, and she has also had success with it. Very pleased. If you're like me and try to avoid taking OTC meds, this is a great solution.

Headache & stress patches
Always so calming and love the scents. Love wearing them on my chest so they dont move and bother me. For awhile when my anxiety was really bad I always had stress patches with me. They worked as a sort of security blanket. Sometimes I would preemptively put one on before a known stressor. 12/10 these patches are still my favorites

Whenever i start to feel a headache coming on i put on a patch and use the peppermint stick to relieve tension, pressure, and throbbing sensations. They work like a charm and even better together.
