A favorite for years.

I love this washcloth. It lasts a very long time and is the perfect about of scrubiness- keeps my skin soft. I find that my bar lasts longer when I use it with this washcloth.

Un-usable

1) there is a huge thick cord-like seam in the center of the cloth, making it unusable.
2) the ends curl up all the way to the cord
(curling ends are normal, but in this case there is no actual "cloth" left. It's all curl and cord. I wrote to the company complaining but did not hear back from them.

Hi Hallie,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of our Ayate Washcloth. I’m truly sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your purchase and that you reached out without receiving a response—I sincerely apologize for that.

I’d love to send you two more to try. The images you shared were really helpful, and I can say that the rolling you experienced isn’t something I’ve seen before. While the cactus fibers do naturally draw in when they absorb water, they typically lay flat after use.

I’ll be mailing two new ones to you today—please let me know what you think! We truly appreciate your support and feedback.

Warmly,
Shoshanna

Scrubby enough and washable

This provides a scrubby, deep wash.
