      Peppermint Essential Oil

      I am using this with the unscented Bare Shea Butter Cream for my feet and legs. A drop or two in palm of my hand and dollop of cream, wonderful! Also putting oil on my temples for headache and cheeks to cool my face. It also helps clear stuffy nose.

      Someone suggested peppermint essential oils for my headaches. Since I was buying other items, I thought I'd try it. I don't really have anything to compare it to, but I find the scent really pure peppermint and it does take the edge off my headaches.
